My officially licensed apparel design for House of 1000 Corpses, commissioned and released by Hell On Shirts. Rob Zombie's 2001 cult horror has so much iconic imagery and unforgettable characters, but my ideas and imagination were drawn to Sid Haig's legendary character, Captain Spaulding.

 

I wanted Spaulding's twisted, cheerful, and creepy charm to show through in this piece. When creating a design for a film that’s linked with so many vibrant colours and callbacks to classic horror films it’s always fun to work on. I hope to do some official designs for the rest of the Firefly trilogy one day.
