Anyone who knows me knows I’m a huge Troma fanatic, so when this job popped up in my emails, it was a pretty massive deal for me. Mr. Melvin is The Toxic Avenger Part II and The Toxic Avenger Part III cut together as one movie, just as it was originally intended back in the 80’s.
Working with Refuse Films and Liam, the idea was to pay homage to the original Toxic Avenger poster while featuring Ron Fazio’s version of Toxie on the cover, with a few nods to both films worked into the mop.
