Below: a couple of rounds of rough sketches. My initial idea was to use a vibrant backdrop featuring the Melbourne cityscape, but the team’s feedback steered it toward a 70's inspired movie poster style, muted colors giving it a retro feel, and the look of a fictional film poster reminiscent of something Roger Corman might have released in that era.
