I had so much fun working on this commission for my filmmaker buddy Liam Regan and his new boutique film label. We collaborated closely with the film’s director, Brian ‘O’ Hara, who was keen on featuring the laboratory from the movie into the illustration. So, I decided to paint Frankenstein in a rock ’n’ roll pose front and centre with the lab behind him. In the film he is pieced together from the body parts of famous rock stars, so making sure his stitches and different skin tones to highlight this.
